Saw this one out this afternoon north 34th around 52nd. She had red hair and was sporting a tattoo on her neck on the right side I think. I was going into the little Asian market to get a few things and she walked by and asked me for a smoke. She smelled great. Looked like a 8 or 9 on sws. I didn't think she was working.
