I rolled up and down Philly on Friday before rush hour and found it to be a bit dead. Cruised past Eagle toward BP and SW (short dark curly hair pulled back off face with head band, short jean shorts, about 5'8 or 9 limping along with a polar pop). It is semi hit or miss, I've went out there and not seen a thing and then 15 minutes later see a few flute players pop up out of nowhere. I've been visiting for a month or so. Never been ripped off, threatened, overcharged and the LEO presence is virtually non existent. The girls are decent to above average for the career choice. My new go to. I don't want to ruin a good thing so figured for those interested in a second option on the westside let me know.
