Just take a screen shot on your phone. I attached my screen shot from the link you provided. The error means the file isn't right format for the board and or photo is too large. Make sure you deleat phots afterwords if anyone else has access to your phone.

Over is ok but 45 min she need to tell them time is up. If its the same people doing it she should tell them.

Twofold here Gentelmen. First your "girl" sounds like a "high volume" provider! Just saying. Now was the girl ready on time, for the first appointment. ?
