It will likely take a series of court orders, perhaps a Supreme Court decision, to change the situation. That's something I wouldn't count on anytime soon, even with prosecutors in Baltimore and several other cities declining to prosecute prostitution cases.

I agree with your sentiments 100%. However, try telling that to Howard County. Those turds are still prosecuting to the fullest extremities and penalties of the law. They still routinely do setups and sting operations year round!. Even last year during the shutdown when we were at the peak and height of covid-19 and when Gov. Hogan supposedly shut everything down!. What a waste of taxpayers dollars. They should be out there in the streets catching the real criminals committing much more heinous and egregious crimes than what two consenting adults do.
