I've been out a bit lately, just window shopping, no scoops since December. I'll be glad when school is out. I'm somewhat new to the hobby and did my first mongering during the shutdown a couple years ago when the schools were empty. While picking up some fresh strawberries for margaritas & some dessert to round out the evenings menu the copilot & I got in a JCB>82nd>Grotto look around 5:15>6:15+-.

Contrasting the avenue, the rain improved the river fishing. Limits for us both alleviated the pain (just a little) the $6.79 gallon $200+ it took to top up the boats tank. Didn't weigh the larger fish but for comparison's sake that cooler is 36" wide, so I'm calling it at 18+ lbs.

Just rolled up the Avenue Mickey D's and baggers corner it looks like three of the four corners are stacked one reasonably attractive one. One very slender bsw reasonably attractive one. I have only ever read a little in this forum and honestly been far to nervous myself to even communicate with anyone but as I was leaving Mcdonald's 82nd near Freemont I was driving south 82nd on my way to get onto I84 West and saw a super cute WSW in a Pinkish type dress, Clear high Heels and a Light Jacket just walking up and down around the corner across from Taco Bell. She looked awesome, way more like a dancer in her outfit with dirty blonde hair. I was way to nervous to turn around but she saw me slow down and look and waved. Hope it helps!

With twenty odd years fishing the local rivers I've seen some highwater natural & some man made debris at times but fucking nothing like today. It was bad enough at Sellwood yet from Cathedral park downriver was disgusting with detritus of the damned. Some dump or waterfront homeless camp must have cleaned house or flooded as we dodged pallets, several coolers, sleeping bags, clothes & what looked like a bloated large dog with some crows picking at carcass. We were marking salmon & saw a net or two fly, so kept at it for a while SMDS. Called it for the day around 12:30 when during a bait check pulled up a soggy yet still bloodied maxi pad. Yeech...

She looked pretty and friendly, but the ask was just too high.

Also saw a cute LSW a couple of times while going around Sandy - 84 area. Both times I was late and she got picked up first by a red pick up truck and then by a white pick up about an hour later.
