Driving from point A to point B at 10:15 tonight, I was much impressed by the number and seemingly promising visible quality of ladies on Garrison.
I am no longer in the game but I do observe. In fact, I am ecstatic thanks to a regular woman who contacted me through a dating site. She is nice enough to meet my mother (now safely dead). She is sober and grateful.

That is trouble.
I knew a guy in Pigtown, extremely well-educated, who made that mistake and spent all his money trying to rehabilitate the woman. She cleaned him out.
Over my years on the streets, I saw all kinds of women. Each was a tragic story. Why would a Morgan graduate with a good job start using heroin recreationally, she thought, only to end up shooting after snorting? Why would a Jamaican-born former school teacher end up in this business?
I am not a psychoanalyst. But physical abuse at some defining stage of life seemed to be a common factor. So any monger who wants to add to their trauma earns nothing but my scorn. We maybe brothers in this game, but we won't be friends.
A somewhat funny poster on the Thailand board years ago coined the 3F principle -- find them, fuck them and forget them. He also talked about his girls being nothing but his sperm deposits. He preached this ironclad rule that you should just fuck your find and dump her. No repeats.
Having been to Thailand, I found that advice impossible to follow because so many of the girls, naive and confused in a big city, were just too easy to fall in love with. If I pay mucho dollars to get there, why wouldn't I try to have the nicest time that small money can buy? I am too smart (and cowardly) to truly fall in love with them but what's wrong with a vacation turning into a romance where both parties are fully aware that the arrangement is just make-believe and ends the moment the farang flies out.
Our street girls in Baltimore are not in that league at all. But experienced mongers often develop at least superficial relationships with them because, for security reasons alone, we tend to repeat those we find to be good quality. In such encounters, I have had a few what-if moments, wondering what might have happened if we had met under different circumstances years earlier, before drug addiction destroyed the promise and innocence. But that's just a fleeting thought that is totally divorced from reality.
Of the Garrison girls I knew, I am still in touch with R., but the sex part is over. R. has stayed clean for two years now, after being arrested and spending time in jail. She is struggling. She has a job of sorts, but sees oldtimers because she desperately needs money for living expenses. She says she hasn't been back to Garrison and I believe her. I like her, but there is a fundamental roughness about her. She is also far too cynical for her own good, obviously a result of her experiences on the streets.
As long as even the best-intentioned girls stay in the old neighborhood where many of their family members and friends are addicted, slipping is nearly impossible to prevent.

Is it not possible that there is a rip-off Kelly and a nice Kelly? The lady in that picture is sweet, and I am talking about her personality in addition to her looks. She truly cares about other people. Treated me like a king, both in the obvious sense as well as really taking an interest in me as a person. I am sure that she won't be defamed here again. I'm a newbie to the forum, and I first want to extend a huge thank you to all members on this forum. I have read through a number of threads on here and there is some very valuable information, that if you know how to use it, you will be successful. I have to say that I am more knowledgeable now, than I was when I first started reading the forum. Thanks again everyone!

I used to work for a company that was based off of Joh Ave. There was one guy that would come back from his lunch break and tell me about his mongering on the W/W loop.He only mentioned Washington at the time. I never approached an SW to conduct business before. I was always the motel/CG type. I recently moved to the SW Baltimore area and I decided to check it out to see if any were out. It was pretty dead for a few days, until I see this woman, who looked in her late 40's early 50's with a nice bust size and carrying a red bag. She's what I would call a 50' girl. She looks great from 50' out! She was picking berries off of a tree in front of the park, just before Bayard. She made eye contact, so I went around the block and came back, and she waved. I continued on, but came back about an hour later. She was not out. It was a nice afternoon so I decided to hang out in the park outside. I was there a little bit and she walked by and we started talking. She said her name is Mary, and she is from Delta PA and only comes to Baltimore every so often. We spent a good bit of time together before conducting business. We did the "check" and she got in the car, so I knew she wasnt LE. We went to a room and thats where things got crazy. She tells me she has multiple personality disorder AND is bipolar. On top of this, she is trying to recover from smack. She proceeds to go in the bathroom. For a while, I might add. She had to get her "methadone" on. At this point, I knew this night was not going to end well. She put on the tv at one point and turns on the news. She starts crying, and I mean wailing crying at the pictures of the birds in the Gulf with oil all over them. Its sad, yes I agree, but to me it is also an instant turn off. I want out at this point, but wasnt sure what to do, so I rode it out for a little longer. There only had been some cash exchanged before we got to the room, so I wasn't out a whole lot. After she finally stops crying, she wants to do laundry. I said, OK. I will go check to see if they are free. So I grabbed all my stuff and bailed. we never did anything, and I did leave her a little extra for her time. I got in the car and went home. I was very worried that she was going to somehow charge a bunch of movies onto the room, and me get charged for it, but she never did. I will give her credit for that. Unfortunately I did not get a pic, otherwise I would post it.
