There is no conviction or time served mentioned. This seems to suggest they both worked out some type of deal and avoided jail time, although I am not an attorney and only know how do conduct limited inmate searches. Still, if they served any time in any prison in Georgia, they would be in the state data base and neither were listed.

The wheels of justice do indeed grind slowly.

RICO raises all the stakes, what bond is set at, the attorney you hire, basically making it an inconvenience for the girls charged.

If they get good lawyers and didn't run their mouths too much, the RICO will likely be dropped anyway. Otherwise, their plea deal will almost certainly force them to testify to get the RICO dismissed.

I also make this prediction: in time there will be agencies to replace the ones shut down--quite possibly by the same owners. For the providers who were actually arrested, a fewer number will likely come back, but some are always going to take their chances.
