Where we don't agree and I am sure that there are numerous others that may or may not agree with is the definition of a UTR provider. Just because she isn't currently walking or advertising, does NOT grant them the key to the UTR kingdom. Again, that may be controversial to many and I am not here to debate what a UTR is by definition.

I covered above that dicks don't get digits from 98% of the knowledgeable members for reasons of negative or non-contribution to the forum. Just as people with 8 reviews should not be looked upon as an expert of reviews or announced as a demi-god by anyone.

As far as what is a true UTR (the Forum dosen't really have categories) is a woman that is not nor has had any advertising or walking. You can set an imaginary reasonable time frame here as how long ago either happened if they have. That UTR woman is (usually) a civi by trade (not an advertiser) looking to enhance their income or just enjoys sex by seeing select people that only see friends of friends. With the Thread here vague to the definition and people's definition of what is a UTR differing widely, there's no right or wrong answer. I will say this though, a girl that JUST stopped advertising, walking or just returned from out of town is probably not a good UTR candidate as their mentality is not that of a true civi UTR. I briefly mentioned that in my post about their mentality is different. This split was done to stay away from the type shutdown that BP had. The overseas origination of the domain is also part of the package although I know that was done long ago. By discussing sex in a forum setting and also having deals being made or offered is not allowed or frowned upon. The separate Ad site that was formed had a crash of some sort and was never revived. Again, my recollection. Vincent Gambini can maybe help with some of the legal aspects being the Orlando Forum's Legal Expert. However, A2 would be the REAL person to know the facts as he is, without a doubt, the Expert's Expert in this matter.

That separation of Forum and Soliciting is why it's been pointed out and questioned over some of the recent creepy pimpesque behavior. One very recent example: the post of a member actually asking a forum member how much are they willing to pay for a specific provider he is harboring for specific acts and tells them he will check out the member's credentials then IF he approves terms of the deal, that he will tell the provider it's OK and will allow the date to be made.
