I can confirm that none of the ladies, with possible exception of one, is under 40 years old. Two are probably in their 50s. Service is standard; massage was nothing exceptional. Still and all, it is in a convenient location for an after-gym rubdown, especially since they do the "back walk" fairly competently. My therapist this time was also named Penny, but she wasn't anywhere near her 30s. (My guess: 50-55.)
The manager has changed from the last time I visited, and this new manager said some of the girls have changed from before. So, it's possible the "Penny" that CL saw was a different girl. If he saw her in her birthday suit, he'd have a better indication of her age."My" Penny had a babydoll skirt on and one of those "Hello, Kitty" tops, but it was still clear she was in her 50s, so she's probably the "new" Penny who answered the door for DK. Seems like a lot of Pennys lately, but different dates on all of them. Some are shiney and new; others have some wear and age.
If you're seeking extra services, the DC AMPs still offer the best value and much younger girls.

When "just OK" is no longer "just OK"
I regret to echo Tijuana (too jaded) sad report.
Soft Touch will rapidly fall out of ATF status with the departure of the 2010 All Star line-up of Mai, Yung, and Sara (and others who worked their the past year).
The convenience of the parking lot, the discrete entrance, the nice treatment rooms, the best shower facility I've ever seen will not be enough. It is time to look elsewhere (at least for me).
Each visit for the past almost year has been a 9. 5 or 10 for me.
Each lady was excellent, appreciated. And I was (as I always remind why'all) nice to all of them.
I even took Christmas presents for all two weeks ago. Just to say "thanks."
I called today for my (more or less) usual time. And was told my ATF was gone, but to please come and meet the new staff. I almost didn't bother. And, while their was nothing wrong with the visit. It was "just average" (a 6. 5 or 7).
BLAH.
I arrive. A different manager (perhaps) was leaving, the MMS I know was there, and another manager. This lady was pleasantly outspoken, and was kiddingly asking for the money, money, money for the hour (she realized I must know was the standard rate was). I paid her the. 8 and waited for the MT.
DeeDee was the technician. Average older for NoVA, not a spinner, shorter hair with a pleasant round face and nice eyes. The TS was "OK" nothing special. The massage was definitely average (but I think she has some skills). Those who like a percussive massage would likely rate this higher. Nothing really special about anything (I've probably written to many words already).
SO. Today I followed my own closing advice. I didn't complain to anyone (but then again, MMS did not reappear or I would have asked WHY all the staff departed). I was overly generous (and I am sorry about that). And, unless I hear better reports, I am not likely to return anytime soon (and I used to visit almost weekly).
Be nice to the ladies (but don't be a schmuck like me)

For those familar with OPT, I Spoke with the mamasan. Although, the Falls Church location is closed, It is my understanding next month or two they may be opening at another nearby location. I am keeping my fingers crossed. I miss Coco! She was exceptional!
