Am working in the downtown Fulton Street area. Just curious, is there anything around there that's not going to bankrupt me?

I can take a train over to Canal and go to 98 Mott, but, I'm not looking to go over 60.

Is 60 or under available downtown?

Tried the place on 62 West side of Lex, and Lily was busy. I don't like to wait or even come back once I know I'm getting sloppy seconds. I'm not dumb and don't think I'm the only customer, but I don't like to know about it.
