I read more than write in here by quite a bit. In light of the reading part, I notice some providers come here like a violent storm; they're new and everyone talks about them. A month or two later (or shorter), and you never hear another word about them. What causes this phenomenon?

Most of the guys here like variety, so the reports may skew toward newer providers, especially if they're good.
Also some cases where the provider doesn't stick around for very long. Of the ones I've seen, I can think of a few off the top of my head who stuck around for only a few months or less. Seems to be particularly true of the younger or more attractive ones who may have more options. Of course, others fade away because of drugs or getting arrested.
I spoke with a fellow monger the other day and he stated he was once again falling in love with his significant other and going to stop mongering. My advice was not to tell his significant other of his transgressions or face consequences. Have any of you folks known other mongers who start falling back in love and quit the hobby? Is it short-lived or permanent in your experiences?
