Hello everyone new here, the usual though just usually roam around and read the posts but decided to share some info too. I've recently been going to Lucky right by Lawndale. Pretty good spot. 45 $ hour and $40 for HE. And to my surprise the masseuse actually know what they're doing. Like I've knocked out a couple times for a split second within the sessions haha I leave happy and relaxed. And they do a really good facial / head massage besides the other head massage we all want haha. Anyways I've probably tried 4 different people there and they're all pretty great tbh. Not sure if I wasn't suppose to provide the name and location since a lot of people talk in code but oh well LOL.

I get "Lucky" about 2/3 of the times. Unless you have a fave there and know when she's working its a crapshoot since there are some women there that are legit. My fave there was Naomi who left to go work at a better spa in the SGV. I asked why she left and she said that the legit providers there will make it hell if they find out that someone is offering extras and they basically run them out of the shop.

The purest variety is extremely healthful and therapeutic. If done right, you'll be fully dressed (comfortable loose clothing) and will be on a mat on the floor. Not a massage table. This is less about massage as most of us are familiar with. I. e. Using hands, elbows and feet to apply pressure or the more soothing and relaxing swedish standard. Think of it as "partner yoga". The masseuse will stretch your extremities (3rd lower extremity not included), and move you into various positions and poses that provide similar benefit as yoga. So when done well, good stuff. I don't hit the strictly legit Thai spots, but I think that the pure version I described is hard to come by or will just be a small portion of the overall massage. Many so-called legit spots place the subject on a regular massage table and he undresses to shorts or is draped under towels or sheets and conventional massage techniques mixed in with true Thai techniques.
