The good: She is good looking, 40's, kinda tall, perky natural B cups, not chubby but has some thickness to her ass and legs. Will do BBBJ which was decent (with one caveat, see below) and 69 which tasted fine. She can take a pounding and was willing to go for a long time and in whatever position. Her attitude was fun and playful.

For my money I expect to walk in and get the same price, talent, and service regardless of who the masseuse is, and places that don't provide that don't get my business.

Based on a previous posting I asked for Leah / Lia, it was ok.

Clothed shower, full service but toothy. As previously reported the kitty is good, someone does their keegals and that's nice.

But "toothy" and not great stamina on the beej.

Now that a substantial part of that competition is CLOSED (especially NDS & King), they may feel even more firm on their expectations.

All that said, you should still get a full 30 minute session for that 200 total (60 house fee - as posted in the lobby - plus 140 tip), and they shouldn't give you any pushback on that.

This place was pretty busy for an AMP that does not get a lot of reviews on here. As I arrived someone was walking out. Took a little while to be greeted by your average looking AMP provider. Arrived in the room and gave her the 60 house fee for 30 min. She asked if I been here before I said no and she told me to I can set my things in the chair. Not sure if someone else was working but I can hear another male next door. Pretty good massage actually enjoyed it. Got interrupted two times by people coming to the door. She was also talkative to feel me out. On the flip she asked for I needed the towel and asked what I wanted. I pointed to her mouth. She paused and said no. Slow to fast HJ. OTC was allowed. Warm towel clean up. 40 tip. While getting the water she brought someone to another room. Walked me out in a gentle rush. Great massage might be back for that and to see if more can be had.
