The risk to the receiving female from Greek is way higher than it would be to an unprotected male. Yes, if you were going at it very rough or had a open area on your little head at the time, the male would have risk as well. It's very hard for the woman to know if there are small tears in the anus because it doesn't sense pain the same way as regular skin. So even if she isn't complaining about you being rough, she could have torn a small area. As guys, we can definitely tell when something has been injured on our Johnson.
