Dances in semi private booths tend to be with the outfit they wore on stage on, pulled up or down for access during naughtier dances. Private rooms can go full nude. Best to discuss boundaries with them at the beginning, so you know what's off limits and let them know what you want.

I met a woman and we talked for awhile, she then gave me her card and told me to call her. The business card simply had her name and phone number on it. She gave it out to guys that she liked. I now have two sets of business cards in my office. One set for business and one with just my name and phone number. So, if you like the girl at the club, when you pay her, give her your personal card ($9. 99 from Vista Print). She will either call you outside the club or she won't.
