Franklin TN nabs two more unlucky BP ladies. This one's a couple of weeks old.

Deb Faulkner's statement:
"The Franklin Police Department will continue our aggressive approach to detecting and disrupting prostitution in our City," said Chief Deborah Faulkner. "Prostitution is not welcome here, and will simply not be tolerated. ".
This is the ONLY crime that ever gets this copypasta "will not be tolerated" statement.
So to paraphrase Chief Faulkner, "Nickel and dime prostitution cases are the only crimes we give a shit about. ".
