So much better hobbying outside the US.
No doubt about that. Since my 1st and many trips to Thailand, Cambodia, Laos and several other countries since 2003, the mongering is so much better. You don't necessarily have to look over your shoulder to find if the 'moral police' is looking down at you. I had plans on going to SE Asia after Christmas, but I have to put it on hold. Imagine the disappointment!.

Websites mentioned that Uncle LEO used to set up the stings included STG and MegaPersonals.

Under the law, a crime is committed when the suspect agrees to the sex act and the fee, Cook said.
It's far different than what I understood the law to be. I thought there had to be more to the actual transaction than just an offer / fee agreement, like actual $ changing hands? Or is this state specific?
Here's the Mass state law regarding Engaging in sexual conduct for a fee; https://malegislature.gov/Laws/GeneralLaws/PartIV/TitleI/Chapter272/Section53A.

I'd imagine a monger with money or a good lawyer friend can get that law repealed / rewritten on first amendment grounds.
And you would be wrong, there is nothing in our first amendment rights that protects anyone from when we speak to or text LE that we are offering to commit a crime or do something that is unlawful. To change or amend the Constitution first amendment rights would take a two thirds approval vote of states or congress.
