So I wouldn't bet on a honcho reading here for constructive criticism — let alone reading here at all. Is it worth their time to even translate the pages?

There's one in Wheeling again after several years, but otherwise, think of how far you would have to drive to get comparable service — Pittsburgh, Charleston, Huntington, Youngstown / Warren, Beckley / Bluefield (and way far east into Maryland.
Just saying that these places may be popping up in Motown like traffic cones on I-79, but it still seems to be a regional strategy at best. We have a long way to go before AMPs adopt the Dollar General strategy of installing a location where none exists.

I don't even mean that in a bad way; the providers I've seen there are just older and aren't going to compete with Hollistic or Don Knotts (which isn't FS) in the looks department. That said, more experienced providers tend to also be more fun and less hassle and have a better idea about needing to sometimes "ramp up" before being good to go.
