Speaking for myself and hopefully all the other guys, I understand that incalls at a private residence are by appointment only. Incalls at a storefront are a different story and walk-ins are very typically the norm, especially Asian places.

If you are going to do incalls from a private residence, I would make it known from the very start and in every ad that sessions are by appointment only. Anyone who attempts to come to your residence outside of these appointments is trespassing on private property and is subject to arrest.

With all that said, there's no guarantee that everyone's going to play by the rules.

Personally I like incalls better. I have to say the majority of the time, I have gone to a girls place.
