There was a Korean woman named Jackie who was the queen on the La Mesa AMP.- she owned like 4 out there, another one in La Jolla and another in Del Mar. She made so much money she told me she had applied for membership at La Jolla Country Club (intending to pay cash for the $100K membership). The place looks like it's gone out of business, and there were construction workers in there gutting the place. Sign was still up, but otherwise it's either gone or being renovated.

My favorite place is still Oriental Therapy. I've been going there off and on since shortly after they opened. Of course before that, there was the good old Washington Spa on Washington Ave in Escondildo. I used to love that place, my favorite was a girl there named Kay.
