Just curious. You hear about women hooking up for non-attached, discreet encounters, non-$$ of course. I'm unsure how frequent this happens though - anyone ever had any luck?
This Jennifer is lanky, dressed in pink top and sweats, strawberry long blond hair, mid 20s, attractive, extremely communicative, friendly, bouncy, eager to please--oh my gosh, thank you Lord!
Although she was perhaps too demonstrative on the OTR street, jumped right in the car--friendly from word go. She agreed to 0.2 + tip, wanted to start immediately as I drove (don't you love it--living on the edge--getting very fine oral attention in the conservative streets of Sinsinnati)). "Tell me how you like it-- fast, slow, rough, gentle, etc" Sheesh--where has she been all my life! So eager to please.
Very satisfactory completion, BBBJTCIM. (Took 4-5 pictures, but my camera was on damn telephoto!!! Sh*t. Got some evocative very blurry pix...)
She was full of info. Says Dina is NOT in jail.. (What is THAT about?) Knows that Martha is a thief, that Sauna is better off in the cooler, Pocohantas is also in cooler, etc.
Digits??? as if... "I have a phone, but I don't have minutes." I tell her that is a very old story. She asks for my digits--I think better of it (What do you think?)
But--I give her VERY high marks: Looks: 8, technique: 7, personality: 9.
I SO hope I can find her again--but the odds are slim with no digits, and I have not seen her previously. If you see her, be VERY nice to her, and see if she has digits yet. You will earn my eternal gratitude for them.

Question: Is she or isn't she??? LE usually sets up a sting with a (too) good looking female, and several (I have heard FOUR) different spotters (who seldom drive around, it puts the decoy at risk--they lurk). As soon as any "quid pro quo" is mentioned, they swoop down.

If she gets right in, negotiations can begin. In any case, never negotiate through the window, if she won't get right in, tell her "Sorry, I mistook you for a friend of mine, bye." Once in, she may check you out by asking you to feel between her legs (tough job that) or you may ask that she check out your equipment. Still, no mention of $. She may ask if you could loan her $. Good sign.
THEN, proceed. Mongers learn to be grateful for known contacts. Not only do they do a better job when they know you, but they can give hints about who to avoid, and stingswhich may be in the neighborhood.

Finally saw her today away from the normal pick up area on East Avenue (Hamilton), still walking and looking at cars go by. Quick spin around the block and a safe pick up at the BP. Quick LE check and everything was smooth sailing from there, 20 + 5 tip for the ride. Gaini, again thanks for the response.

Driving through OTR, a black guy recognized me on the street --knew that I had met up with Dina in the past (frankly, I didn't recognize him). He said he knew where she was. OK... I park near Findley Market, and he has me follow him. A young lady (Sarah) joins us on the way. We come to the entrance of a hallway, he motions me in. I say no way I'm not going into that secluded hallway, that he should bring her back out. OK, he says, and goes in. Sarah, looking at a street vendor's table, starts in on "I want that pink hat--it's only $7." I say give me a break. But... eventually give her $2 to quiet her down. Dude reappears. Dina's not there, I should follow him. The three of us are heading up the street. He ducks into a doorway, comes back out alone, shrugging his shoulders. I say, never mind this is going nowhere. He again shrugs his disappointment, I leave.
Sarah is now in tow. "I could help you out..." She is a short, sweet, petite young thing who seemed adequately "with it," good conversationialist, made good contact. [;-)], evokes my (stupid) trust. That almost happened to me last year. SW was in the car (I hadn't really prepared for mongering, hadn't locked things away like I should). After the deed was done she offered her digits. I didn't have a pen, so I was going to put her # into my cell phone.......but where is my phone.........in her pocket. She gave it up, and then tried to get ugly with me. I gave her the boot and reported the incident on the board for the area that it happened in (Mobile AL).
Sorry about your lost phone. Hope you had insurance on it!!

That really sucks Giani. Sorry to hear about your luck. What would really worry me is that someone I know might call, the SW who took it answers it, and just to be a b_tch, explains who she is and how she came into possession
of the phone.
Of course, that can be easily explained away as, "I lost my phone walking
downtown somewhere and whoever answered it was yanking your chain." But now, there are doubts about your nocturnal and preturnal habits. Even just trying to explain it away as a joke can be extremely awkward to say the least.
I hope that doesn't happen to you and you had the phone turned off the instant you realized that you no longer had possession of it.

First: While Word has a brusk way of posting, I consider him a trusted friend, and want all to know that I do NOT take offense at his observations of my numerous mistakes in the mongering practice... You go guy.
Newbies: Pay close attention to his advice.
Recently, a friend of mine picked up an SW who has recieved high reviews on this board. (She was just released from the cooler.) On this particular day, she had not had breakfast, had fainted when she got out of bed, and asked for a fruit juice. Thus our monger circled back in OTR to her favorite convenience store. After picking up her juice, they circled back around on East Clifton. As they proceeded on E Clifton, they see a police car approaching...
Monger turned R towards McM, and LE turned in behind them.... After several blocks and turns, the cop pulled them over. Asking my fellow poster for his license etc, the cop said, "She is a known prostitute. You know we will confiscate your car if we catch you picking up prostitutes." [Is this correct??? Don't they have to catch you in the ACT???] The cop looks at the SW..."You know that she is a known prostitute?"
The cop orders the monger to leave the neighborhood immediately and not to come back and tells the SW "up against the wall..."
Conclusion??? Obviously, the cops know the long-term SWs, and are peering into OTR cars, trying to spot them.
NEW RULE: Don't drive around OTR with an SW! Pick up and get out!!!
But--a better practice would be to have SW contacts who will meet you outside the area.

You NEED to buy and carry a Ohio Revised Code (ORC) book in your car AND ANOTHER AT hOME, and alway politely ask for the code in question. It really helps to know your LAWS, because you voted for them, directly or indirectly. I have each edittion from 1995 till 2005, with 2006 coming out. goto Lexus Nexus, and order a copy, plus the Traffic Laws book. Keep it in plain sight, and up to date.
Talk to City & County Cops themselves and indirectly ask them about procedures, as it applys to the law.
ThePolice won't admit it to you on the record, but they know a lot of Police, fellow Cops will do anything, and no one will say a word. they won't "SNITCH" on each other.

In addition to my friend's being seriously hastled by LE in OTR (see my recent post), numerous reports say that, following the recent shootings in OTR, possible increased focus by the new mayor on OTR drugs and prostitution, and the placing of 12 Hamilton Co LE crusiers in OTR, seems like OTR may be too hot to handle? Anyone else have hard info on this?
Also, friends have PMed me that we have been to loose in the past with info on this board about names and places. That makes me sad, because I thought this board was especially valuable for exchange of such info. What do you think?
I would be grateful to hear by PM of any alternative cruising areas mongers might suggest which would be less likely to attract LE. I will be happy to share these with senior members. My apologies to regular members for not giving this info to you. I am sure you see that LE may well try to use this board for leads. Suggestion to regular members: post quality posts, get senior status, and we can share info in a more secure setting.

Went window shopping today in OTR (mind you, still very gun shy--wouldn't think of picking up at this point... Just passing through). SWs everywhere! And, whatever it means, not a single LE. Mind you, I did not circle around, but the increased LE attention has certainly not cut down on the SWs on the street. Including two VERY hot looking youngsters--one with a red top pulled up and tucked nicely nr Mc&R. (Don't THINK they were decoys... had that wanting-butter look about them).
No idea what, if any, the conclusion might be--but I have to say it was somewhat of a relief not to see the place crawling with LE.
Please--you other mongers have eyes--what are you seeing? And... already, I am compiling a list of alternative stoll sites from and for senior members. If you are a Sr member, lets compile our experiences.

I have to agree with Giani, the numbers are increasing and the quality seems better as far as looks go. I am very hestitant to take advantage of these new talents though. LE presence seems to be everywhere. So much to the point I am thinking they are watching even when I don't see anyone around. Maybe I am just getting paranoid.
Giani, I am only sorry the LE has me just window shopping right now. I will not be building up my posts with quality reviews, because I am not partaking right now. I guess that senior member status will take a while. Oh well, my loss. I hope things change soon, I am already missing the fun. I will try to keep everyone posted on what I see and if I have a weak moment what I found.
Todays Enquirer mentions lots of arrests being made in OTR, I think it said 49 Monday and Tuesday alone, most of those being drug related, but 13 vice arrests.

Tonight I drove around and checked the situation out downtown. I can sense an uneasiness among everybody on the streets. Lots of LE around. Be careful guys. I saw unmarked cars driving around the Race / Mcmick / East Clifton area. Also the sheriff's men driving and walking the streets. OTR is changing. I've spotted LE watching from their cars at the Shell station, Mcmicken and Elm and of course a lot of them on Race st. talking to people.
I've talked to a couple of SW I know and it's been very tight for them. Very few customers. Sharon, if any of you know her, was telling me she's not seeing much and was willing to BJ for .10! So guys it could work out for us but watch yourseleves out there. Also, I noticed SW working closer to downtown and not at usual spots in OTR. The other night by chance meet a doll at the fountain square. FS for .30! She dosen't work on the streets but meets guys where every she goes and has digits. When I saw her she gave me the eye and the rest is history. What a find. I've have a couple of numbers of girls who decided to work away from OTR. I think that might be the trend for some of the girls if they can manage to keep a phone and place to stay. Most are like Sharon and live day to day. There's a mother and daughter working together. Both are nice. Overall, there has been some new faces on the streets. Has anyone noticed a tall, shaply dark haired pass her shoulders SW on walnut by the Shell?
Also, a few nights ago I've picked up Pearl? Anyone knows this one. She is very moody and decided she wasn't up to doing anything!!! What a waste of time when we had agreed and I drove off to do our thing. I gave her a .10 and took her back. Watch out for this one, very strange.

You have named the very hottest spots--formerly the richest spots for SWs. It was on East Clifton that the cop began trailing my friend because he had an SW in the car with him. And the Shell station has been too hot to handle forever! IF you elect to pick up an SW in OTR, follow the rule of turning the corner onto a small side street, and let her come to you. NO negotiation until you quickly pull away.
BTW, I see that they have mounted a camera above Vine and Findlay, NE corner--you can see it when you stop on Findlay at the light at Findlay & Vine, on top of the building to the L. Haven't taken a picture of it yet--but THAT would be a spot to avoid (Duh... I have had numerous dealers at that intersection come right up to the window offering to sell me rock...)
If your Sharon is the one I know, DO NOT PAY UP FRONT. She bolted on me a year ago. But there are several Sharons out there.
Mother and daughter??? "Both are nice???" This sounds like Cat and daughter(s) (Julie? Sarah?) I have a long history with Cat--95% time dependable, straight up and happy experience. 5% of the time steal your $. Daughter(s), MUCH WORSE. Julie, after bad mouthing her mother about "cash and dash" did exactly that to me. And Sarah... She is the one who recently stole my cell phone. The call records from the stolen phone have come back--she placed numerous calls to Cat's number, so I know they are closely connected in some way. I think Cat actually has two daughters on the street. Cat claims to have left the street scene, but these calls suggest otherwise. Let up know if you learn more about "mother and daughter..." Hell--I have been their one-man-welfare-system for too long.

I shared digits for a trusted provider to several Sr members, with the indicated price of 0.5 for FS. The provider tells me that someone called her and said I told them that she did FS for 0.2...
I don't know who it was--but we all should recognize that when a poster provides digits with specified price, his reputation is somewhat on the line. It may be appropriate to bargain with an SW off the street, but when you use digits from a friend with specified amounts, it is NOT cool to try to undercut her price. I will assume that the poster who did this was a novice, and didn't understand how it might look to the provider who would be pissed at the monger.
Bottom line? If a poster is kind enough to provide digits, don't use them unless you are willing to abide by the price specified...

I mentioned spotting a camera on Vine and Elder... Here is a picture of the model camera on that corner of Vine and Elder (NE corner, above the credit union).
Take a look the next time you are in that area. (But do NOT pick up an SW anywhere near there--DUH...) It is a serious drug corner, as I mentioned before.

I completely agree. If you manage to hunt someone on your own you can haggle to your heart's content. However, when you get someone's digits through a referral method, in essense the person who provided the digits is vouching for you that you're not an a__hole.

This is very interesting! There are mongers out there trying to pay for less than .10 to some or any girl out on the streets. The other night I pick up a SWS after she turned down another monger who just beat me to her about 20 seconds. He lost out on a great time because his ofter was .07 for her. needless to say this girl refused and got in with me and told me what that guy offered her. YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! Then I read the previous post about how other mongers are trying to haggle the girls about $ for FS! Making arrangments to meet and then not showup after a fellow monger gives you digits to a trusted provider! I don't understand. These are dumb novice and they are dangerous for the rest of us mongers. I've meet a few very trusted providers that I've paid any where from .4 to .6 for FS and I was treated with great service from them. They had great attitudes and really treated me to GFE!! Couple of these providers spent over an hour with me. Two had spent the whole night! Treat them with respect and you'll get good service. Try your haggling with any girl on the web escort service and they will tell you get lost!! To all the novice mongers thats offering .07 dirt prices GFE stands for "Girl Friend Experience". For the average price of .40 to .50 I got just as GOOD if NOT BETTER service from these providers than when I went the Escort Service route for 1.5 to 2.5!! Think about it guys. There are few trusted providers out there on the streets and they are more than happy to service you for .50 and be treated with respect.

I don't *think* it was me, because I never discussed any service or price over the phone.
However, once there, the price I mentioned for oral was less than the price she said she charges, so I *might* have been the goober that Giani is referring to.
If I am, I have apologized to the provider in person and Giani via PM. I will now apologize to the board in public. Hopefully, if someone peruses my posts in Florida and other areas, they'll know that I don't disrespect the ladies, or the senior members, like that. Still, I know I may have stuck my foot in it this time, and just in case it WAS me, I wanted to step up and take the responsibility.
It takes a gentleman to acknowledge a mistake. Sounds like the provider and he were engaging in two different conversations at either end of the line... From the outcome, sounds like she may have enhanced the problem unduly.
I understand PZ's decision not to give out digits, especially if you look at the A**hole who flamed him on the subject--but my experience in Cincinnati has been mostly fair and equitable with other posters. I will continue to share digits, but with a requirement that the person tell me the name they will use to communicate with the provider so that there is less chance of miscommunication.
Thanks again to GentlemanPerv for stepping up. I appreciate it. And it sounds like he may have smoothed things over with the provider...

Without going into to much detail, I had a pleasant encounter early this morning. On my way home I decided to make one trip around the normal streets to see if anyone was out. I wasn't planning on stopping, but with my weakness for petite ladies, my plans were changed. A very cute WSW blonde hair, short very petite gave me the look. I couldn't resist. Cirlcled around the block and she hopped right in. Spent about 40 minutes talking several languages. Said she was hungry so I gave her .4 to get something to eat.
