Thanks to Keoni808's and other reviews, I booked a date with Happy. Booking was real quick and responsive, scheduled same day. As reported, the building is near Punahou school. Want to point out that the surrounding streets in the area do not allow parking 6:30 AM-8:30 AM & 2/2:30 PM-3/3:30 PM so keep that in mind.
