The skin is a pretty good barrier to things in the environment, including the vaginal environment. However, if one has sores, scabs, cuts, knicks, razor burn, raw skin, etc. Then that barrier is open or depleted. That is the point of the condom. It provides a barrier that HIV and other STDs are unlikely to penetrate. But with an opening in the barrier then infection has a direct route to the blood system. Washing afterwards isn't going to stop infection that has already reached the blood system.
I will say, that as a general health protective measure, washing the genitalia after sex IS a good idea. Shoot long before AIDS was ever heard of Medical professionals told me to wash and urinate immediately after sex as a good practice.

It includes everything needed to get a result included in the kit. I forget, but think once the sample is collected it takes 10-15 min to get a result. No need to send a sample to a lab. I think if one reads (as noted above), they will see that they can get an antigen test which detects the exposure to HIV in 1-3 weeks time. So if one wants to be "sure" (as sure as anyone can be) then wait 3-weeks (while abstaining from sex) and get retested with the antigen test! [b]3-weeks is NOT 6-months![/b] Also if one reads carefully they will see that the antibody tests are effective for 97% of people in a 3-month time frame. 3-months is not 6-months. HIV and some of these other conditions can take time, weeks in some cases, to show up positive on a blood test. It can take 3 days or more for a urine test to incubate and show positive results for chlymidia and gonorrhea.
As I said this is an extreme sport and not for the faint of heart or wallet. Most people are not as well informed as you are and when they see a wad of 100's, caution goes out the window.
Once again I am not into messed up drug addled white american girls. Alot of the upscale asian incall ladies are completely clean. I've never picked up a streetwalker. I 've never had unprotected BBFS at a typical asian AMP.

There is evidence that betadine (iodine) kills herpes in the skin. So does alcohol gel. Rinsing your mouth with commercially available hydrogen peroxide soln (the kind you use to disinfect a cut) may also kill herpes. I will use this as mouthwash. Swish about a table spoon around in your mouth for 2-3 minutes and spit. It also whitens your teeth.
If you wash your genitals with betadine be sure to dry thoroughly and apply moisturizer to the area. I personally use expeller pressed refined coconut oil. You won't walk around smelling like a mimosa. The stuff really doesn't smell that much like coconuts.
Be very careful not to floss your teeth the day of an encounter, aggressively treat any chapped lids. Make sure you have no breaks in the penis or genital skin. Make sure the girl has no blood or sores coming from her vagina. You can negotiate for BBFS and start with a condom to prevent from cumming too quickly and then pull out and check the condom for blood. Because these girls see so much action.
