Although I have yet to take the bare plunge with a provider, it has been in my experience that after 2-4 visits, it is offered either in person or text, but never via PM. There's also a technique that seems to get them to open up if they're BBFS friendly. Asking them straight up is not a good idea in my opinion. I cloud be full of shit, but lately, my repeat girls have been offering out of the blue. Rates (are outrageous to me so that helps keep my wick dry.

What bothered me was the cluttered apartment, shower head not working, and her "watcher" knocks on her apartment door when time is about over. She's very nice and hospitable.
