I normally lurk on here, but need some advice. Trying to show my brother a good time in d.c. need any recommendations for a good black club in pg or dc. The thicker the better and don't want to break the bank for a lap dance and extras.

I would like to see the lifespan on this puppy. Too many options with more fruit at the end of the rainbow. Also, I don't got to the strip club for food. I wish them the best. I will continue to bottom feed at the old trusty Skylark Lounge. Them nasty hoes let you do whatever. Also they are all for sale after their shift. Even Toni the girl that was the stuck up bartender is stripping their now; she is very cute. (She needs to trim the cat though)

Went to RP for the 1st time couple weeks ago...had some reservations at first, but turned out to be quite entertaining. The overall quality of girls at RP is not up to par as Archibalds, but I was a fan of RP by the end of the night. There were 2 hotties with tight bodies. I also liked the fact that RP doesn't pressure you to buy drinks every 30mins.
I used to hit Archibalds bi-monthly, and never had the fortune of take-out (lord knows I tried!)...my game must not be tight! But I'm hoping RP can accommadate. Any pointers would be appreciated.

I hadn't been here in a long time, about 5 years ago. I've heard they had made some improvements, so I decided to drop by on the way home one afternoon and check it out.
Stopped in around 5:30, and the place was pretty empty. There was one guy at the bar, a woman at the bar, and a couple of guys at a table. I took a seat at the bar.
Another reviewer had said they don't push the drinks, and that's no lie. I was there for 15-20 minutes before the bartender appeared and asked what I wanted.
They have a happy hour from 3 - 7 daily, BOGO on the drinks. Still no taps, but plenty of beer in bottles and mixed drinks. I had somewhere to be that made me stick to cranberry juice. $6.75 is steep, but I got two big glasses for that price, so I'm not complaining.
The girls were so-so. Mostly attractive, and decent movers, but definitely thin. If you like real thin girls, this could be your place. I like some curves myself. There was one latina, one white American girl, and the rest appeared to be Eastern European.
One thing I noticed - DC banned smoking last year (or was it the year before that?). The place smelled strongly of incense. I think they're trying to cover up the stale smoke smell. It wasn't bad in the club, but when I left, I drove with the windows down for 15 minutes to get it out of my clothes.
All-in-all, it seems much better than it was a few years ago. I still think Camelot is the go-to place for beautiful women in DC. However, if I just want to toss back a few beers and see some girls while I do, without spending a fortune, this would be a good HH spot. It would be much easier to have a conversation here than Camelot, where you have to yell to be heard across the table.
One tip, if you're driving for HH. There's a garage around the corner on S Street that is $5 after 4pm.
Went to Fuego this past Saturday. I am into the latin ladies but just heard about this bar recently. All in all, not bad for my first time there. Arrived about 11:00 pm and left around 12:30. The club is in the cut, the surroundings aren't great and the parking is dismal (most people parked illegally along the sides of the buildings, but the area is pretty deserted around that time). The club is converted from a big warehouse space and was not bad; ambiance about as good as a mid-range dance club. Good sound system and lighting FX; mostly latino dance music and a tiny bit of hiphop, I think from a jukebox. The MC had a problem with the mic and the screeching feedback was VERY annoying.
Cover was $20. There had to be about 200 or so little mexican guys to about 20-25 female dancers. Dancers dance nude on stage, and walk the floor in bikini. The dancers were above average: ranging from a couple 6s and 9s, but mostly 7-8s; mostly latina, a few black, 1 or 2 white. All the dancers were attractive in one way or another. I saw less than 10 blacks there, and half of those actually worked there. Also saw about 20 women there enjoying the show with their BF or BFF. I did not get to do a lapdance or VIP (which I usully think is a rip off), but I get the feeling that the latin dancers wouldn't give me much love anyway, for either language or solidarity reasons. Mostly everyone stood around, but oddly there was enough room to get around and get a decent view. There were places to sit in the front around the stage and around the perimeter, but with the perimeter seats you usually couldn't see the stage. They also had another dance location, but it wasn't open--why? The men were respectful (!); even during the lapdances I didn't see much groping or quick feels.
There were just too many guys there to get my bearings so I eventually left but I'd definitely go back, but during a weekday.
After Fuego, I went to Irvings. A funny thing happened at Irvings. Their lapdance policy went up from $5 lapdances to $10. Because of that, most of the customers left; many went to Bazz and Crue, which still does $5 lapdances. Some of the patrons that come to Irvings are even more choosy about who the pay for dances. So when you come in, if you show that you have money, and want attention from dancers, you will have a good time, because the dancers have become VERY aggressive. About 30 guys and about 12-15 dancers. It's a throwback to the late-90s for me; a few minutes after one dancer gets up, another comes to you. Even got a few flashes. Nice looking ladies, mostly 7-8s. Some will try to get you to do VIP, but I think VIP is a ripoff and not necessary. Not much going on onstage while I was there; long time lapses between stage dancers. Was there from 2-3:00 am; party doesn't usually get going until then anyway.
Still a $20 cover, and they made some enhancements to the stage and ambiance. A dancer told me they now stay open until 7:00 am, but I was only there for an hour because my money was depleted so rapidly-lol. But I got a couple of free passes for my return. Things have REALLY changed over there. Will return.
I saw some previous reports about the Ebony Inn and also saw their ad in backpage so I decided to check it out last night. I was bored and ended up getting there around 11:30. I have to agree with previous reports that the location is really shady. Took a deep breath and made my play. Dude at the door said 20 for cover. WTF? 20! "yeah man, 10 before 10:30. " Whatever, do it and see what's up, maybe worth coming back and then it's 10 for knowledge.
Walked inside, nice long bar that stretches to the back, pool table next to the bar. There's this entrance on the left side, small door, leads into wide opening with dance floor / stripper section in the middle. Chairs lined up against the walls, and some pretty dark corners. The "stage" has a bar ringing it, so you can post up on the bar and watch the girls, and they can get friendly with a quickness. It's a pretty big room.
Sat down to watch for a bit, gave a couple bucks out, and had one lap dance full contact. She went for about 3 songs before I said enough, and told me it was 10.
The layout of this place is cool for the low-key guy who doesn't want the Bmore treatment. I don't want a million girls comin up to me every 2 seconds. I want to sit down, get my bearings and chill until I make a move. But not everyone is like that.
I'll second previous post that said this was not a spinner place. Girls are on the thicker side most of the time. When I left around 1 it seemed like the place was dead, and hadn't changed much since I got there. Maybe it would be different on a weekend. I might be back, who knows.

I stopped by the Paper Moon on wed. Before turkeyday. Normally if I was looking to see a few naked girls I would go to Good Guys in DC. But I did not want to mess with the traffic around the holiday. I must say that I was pleasently suprized. There were quite a few good looking girls working the floor, looking for a chance to lap dance for $20. Not going to get much action that way. But they do have a VIP room. I chose not to drop the $ there but was told for around $60 you get a lap dance and can touch. I did not think that was permitted in VA. Maybe cause I don't look like LEO she was offering a special. I'll have to stop by again and give one of the girls a try.
