But they also have a years long history of posting this stuff and refusing to cite a source of anything other than some unhinged video or random website when they get called out for it. Check the News and Media Reports thread in the Baltimore section.
I don't live near the area but frequently drive by the area. It was unbelievable when I heard it first. BTW it's actually a bit mysterious for me as well.
