"Secret videotaping leads to charges"
It's really covered by Privacy Laws and "invasion of privacy" as defined by the Supreme Court. Businesses can have rules, but they cannot go beyond the law. You can't "illicitly" photograph or video anyone, anywhere without their permission. Even in your own home.
In Virginia, intentionally invading someone's privacy by photo or video is a Class 1 misdemeanor. 1 yr in jail and $2500 fine per incident. The victim can also bring up a civil suit.
Perfect example of a dumbass:
Just so you're clear. Depending on what type of organization owns the establishment you secretly film in, you might find yourself in even deeper water, so to speak.
I have been doing this for years
I always ask for photos, so the intention is clear from the beginning. I also ask for permission to post online or not. True to form, I never post online for anyone to see if she isn't into that. Very few refuse when you show them this level of respect. Keep to this and you shouldn't ever have any issues with a woman.
I take photos of SWs, Before digital, I did videos. Most SWs will do a camera for a little extra $, some don't ask for extra, they get a tip if they do well. Respect is key, it is important to remember a HO is human, she has feelings. I have seen a HO jump out of a monger's car to run to mine. When a HO tells me don't post my pictures, I don't. I tell HOs that they are beautiful no mater what they look like. If a HO thinks she looks good the pictures turn out better. A camera makes a HO feel sexy, they feel like they are posing for Penthouse.
I'm not a lawyer but if you pay a girl to pose for pictures, I'll bet John Law, will have trouble making a prostitution bust stick on you. I'm sure LEO, would still charge you, but I bet a good lawyer could get you off.

After you get her to pose. . . .
You gotta photoshop / airbrush the zits off her ass.
It wasn't a good look! I settled for a covered head job.
