I have not been to Burlington since they had the big flood and most of Gulfport was under water a few summers back. I get to go to Burlington next week and was wondering if anything has opened back up in Gulfport? Not seeing any reports here so just wondering if can plan to spend some free time there or not, and if they are opne any recommendations or knowledge of any place that extras are available.

I go through Burlington everyday for work haven't checked out the area much idk where I would even try to look for a SW but today when I got off the exit to Central I seen a girl walking right by the turn onto Central I haven't witnessed many people at all walking there she was wearing bright orange leggings and a very thin white sports bra had long stringing unkempt hair and a hat on I could see her little titties and nips poking right out she had a ugly tramp stamp but looked kinda cracked out and hot so I pulled over past the bridge thinking she would continue waking but she never came over I backtrack and took the road just before the bridge and seen her walking down the hill but she wasn't just walking she would take a few steps then jump around doing a 180 then take a few steps and do it again she looked completely cracked out so I pulled up next to her and said hi do you need a ride? She walked over to my window leaned in and said oh no I'm just doing exercises but she was pretty much hanging on my door and moving her head around like she was high as fuck I said you can get in she laughed and said I don't really need a ride at that time there was a car behind me and traffic coming so I had to go forward and turn around when I got back around she was gone. Anyone around this area have any info on her or any street girl info or where there is a stroll?

I know nothing about street walkers, there are a couple girls that advertise on skip, but they are not my type. If anyone has any tips I would appreciate them also.
