You are right that a few SGV apartment operations always have girls. I am aware of only 2, Ken and Sam.
They said straight out that pics in their ads are only generic samples, not the real girls. These apartments usually have only 2 girls working. However, if you do advance-search on T*E*R, i.e. go to advance search, type 626 in the area code and select "Asian" in the ethnicity section, you will come up with a bunch of reports, some of them for different girls from same agencies, with listed phone numbers and websites.
Most of the SGV apartments operations listed there will run $160 - $200 per hour.

There is a big difference in most of the SGV operations and the Viet operations that were busted or say the Golden Flower busts in San Francisco last year. In most of the SGV houses, the girls are free agents whereas the Viet and and GF operations were actively importing the girls and basically keeping them as indentured slaves.
The ripple effect is already hitting as those fantasian girls Katie and Coco and friends have moved and changed their phone numbers.
As far as TER, a lot of the girls listed have drivers who take their appointments as they go from house to house to house in a single evening. It's easier to find houses in SGV Tribune

There is another monger who swears by it. My review of it is as follows:
1. Location. Good. Safe street parking or parking nearby.
2. Atmosphere. Mediocre. Place is a sort of rundown and smells.
Sheets and massage table were clean though. Mama was
suspicious.
3. Price. $50 cover or $40 with 10 off from Daily Breeze.
4. Provider. Saw America, young early 20s latina, who speaks limited english.
She was scared I was LE and rightfully so. Did FS after
