I believe the name of the parlor is "JUK", not PUK. It's off of Hamilton road south of I70, about a quarter of a mile. You can find the ad in the Dispatch sports section. Find the ad and you will have all the info. you need to locate it.

I am suprised no one has chimed in to say that LC is closed due to LE. (was on news last night)

2 Women Arrested At Suspected Brothel Third Employee Sought

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Columbus vice officers raided a suspected brothel on the city's north side Friday.

Investigators said the business, LC Therapy, claims to be a massage parlor, but officers said they found evidence of prostitution at the facility near Cleveland Avenue and Dublin-Granville Road, NBC 4's Erin Tate reported.

"It's called LC Therapy, and it purports to be an Asian massage parlor that gives customers legitimate massages -- but for an added fee, they do sexual acts," an undercover officer said.

Detectives said some of the workers were also living in the storefront.

Two women were arrested and charged with promoting and engaging in prostitution -- Ji Yeon Hicks and the alleged madam, 57-year-old Toyon Hawk.

"Our goal is not just hit this and have it right back open next week. We try to go for long term results and to do that you have to go after the people that are running the organization," an officer said.

Hawk's home and vehicle were also searched. Inside the business, authorities found hundreds of dollars, detectives said.

Officers are also working with the city attorney's office on a nuisance abatement clause in an effort to padlock the business on a more permanent basis.

Police did not charge several customers found at the business on Friday but said they are looking to arrest a third employee.

I went to try out JUK tonight. I rang the door bell and as I waited I saw a 40+? year old overweight woman come out of one of the rooms. More like YUK. ...and yes you can see right inside. Before anyone came to the door to let me in.. I hightailed it out of there. Boy the quality of massuese have gone down hill. I would love to hear a report of someone not so old or overweight.. until then I will steer clear of the place.

I am not sure if you forum people saw the negative article quoting all you sex addicts. (funny how they quoted all of you without giving you any credit) It was published in "The Other Paper" July 6-12th issue. This is my letter to the magazine that would never be published.

If anyone wants to find a prostitute or a sexual massage they just have to flip to the back section of your own magazine. There is no need to go online. You & your employer profits from such illegal activity. Maybe you should be writing “SEX: An easy way to find illegal massage parlors & prostitutes see our classified section” OR “ Customers –and cops- can turn to our classified section for answers” all the sex they can afford either in person or by phone.

Some of 'The Other Paper' ads are of gay sex . Or phone sex. Nothing like “barely legal 18.” Is that something your magazine should be proud of? David did you miss your ad saying “Sensual Body Rubdown” or “Sensual Massage” So why the article? Is it, your back section of your magazine can not compete with these massage parlors? So you print a negative article so you can shut them down for your advertisers. I know your advertisers sell sex. Maybe your magazine should be shut down by the cops.

If these people want to piss away their hard earned money on sex. Let them. Who knows how much money i have spent on real dates just to get laid. May be this is the cheaper way of getting laid & i have been doing everything wrong. I have spent over $200 in one night and never got a kiss. Looks like I am the fool.

Columbus officials aim to crack down on prostitution by taking on massage parlors.

The City Council will soon debate legislation that would make it easier for police to shut down parlors where massages are a prelude to sex, said Councilman Michael C. Mentel, the measure’s sponsor.

"This legislation will help protect legitimate massage therapy businesses while giving officers a tool to go after the bad actors," he said.

Mentel’s proposal would:


• Require those giving massages to remain clothed.


• Allow only massage therapists licensed by the Ohio Medical Board to advertise that they are licensed. The rule would end a confusing practice in which untrained masseurs and masseuses obtain a city permit, which the city calls a license, and then advertise that they are licensed.


• Remove a little-used clause in the city code that makes it illegal for someone to give a massage to someone of the opposite sex. City attorneys fear it could be challenged.


• Give police the power to enter massage parlors to verify the new licensing requirements.

The changes in the city code also would make it easier for the city to shut down businesses that don’t meet the requirements.

"It’s not geared toward places that are already licensed by the state," Assistant City Attorney Bridget Carty said. "It’s geared toward those who all of a sudden decide they want to be in the massage business."

Legitimate therapists are among those who asked for the restrictions.

The way Columbus currently licenses those who give massages is confusing, said Rick Greely, a state-licensed massage therapist who lobbied for the changes.

"We hear all the time people thought they were going in for a massage and get offered more. And then there are those who go into a legitimate massage parlor thinking they’ll get something else," Greely said.

Greely and other members of the Ohio chapter of the American Massage Therapy Association wanted Columbus to stop classifying city permits for any type of massage business as "licenses."

The city code doesn’t require any level of training to obtain a license as a "massage technician" and then advertise as an "LMT."

A state-licensed massage therapist must complete nine months of classes and 750 hours of training, and pass a test issued by the State Medical Board to earn credentials as an LMT, a licensed massage therapist.

"The public probably in most cases doesn’t know the difference," Greely said.

Carty said she knows of only one time authorities used the code prohibiting massages to customers of the opposite sex. The charge was challenged in court but upheld.

"But we had concerns with it, so we’re taking it off the books," she said.

Franklin County has 887 state-licensed massage therapists, said Joan Wehrle, spokeswoman for the State Medical Board. City-issued permits are held by 36 people in Columbus.

When going through the sports section at work yesterday I saw an ad for a place called either Spa 2600 or 2600 Spa (I really don't remember which). It's on Morse road someplace close to the airport. Has anyone been there or heard anything about it?

This place is strictly DIY and expensive. Its been around a long time, so some people must like that, but no touching and no getting within a foot of the girl.

I was in Columbus last Wednesday/Thursday for work/training. While cruising town Wednesday evening I stopped at an old 2 story house/business with no, or maybe just 1 window that said "massage" on the outside. It was about 3 miles east of I-71, on the right side, just before an intersection. I don't know the name of it. I walked inside the side door, into a small waiting area and rang the buzzer at the window. A pleasant looking longer brown haired white gal about late 20's, early 30's came to the window, wearing a nice, sexy, black, low cut top or teddie. I complemented her on her very nice B cup cleavage she was showing. She said it was 50.00 for a massage with shower ( I forgot how long the massage was because I was still gazing deep into her cleavage) plus "tips" she said. It was SO very tempting, but I only had 50 left, and wanted to be able to afford an extra or 2. I would be able to chose what girl I wanted from the 4 she said where there (but I would have taken that babe who came to the window to talk to me) I opted to leave and plan to take extra with me and stop the next time. Does anyone know anything about this place? Is it the same place mentioned in recent previous posts on Morse Rd? I'm not sure where the airport is, but it is before I-270.
