And the lesson seems to be that we shouldn't allow people to lie to us so clearly and then reward their lies with "Oh well, I'm already here so I might as well." We probably wouldn't allow a restaurant, hotel, or other business to lie to us so profitably, and the lies are almost always part of an overall attitude of "F#$% You!" they have that causes bad service anyway. From now on, I'm going to walk away from places where they clearly lied to me over the phone.

You can google and find details on this spot. They have a legitimate setup but they do tugs as a part of the service.
