Sometimes I can get a second off but its never as good as the first and really have to dig down. For me I like to really take my time with lots of teasing, edging and prolonged action to amplify the experience. Longer sessions most likely are available on request. Even though 90 and 120 minute sessions are not as common I am sure they can be arranged.
