With all due respect, I disagree with a couple of your points. First, they may make 40 dollars an "hour", but if they only see two clients a day, thats 80 per day. 80 x 5 (if they work five days and most do) = 400 per week. If they work 50 weeks a year, that's 20,000 per year. Now maybe some of the girls may average 4 guys a day, now you're up to 40,000 per year for the most popular ones.
I think the reason you don't see crack ho's and basket cases there are simple.
One, they would not hire them, it would be bad for business and Exec has proven they're no dummies. Two, they would not make any money. Not enough people would pick the crack ho more than maybe once a day if she was lucky, and 40 bucks doesn't buy much crack.
I'm also stunned that the girls you've talked to don't expect a tip. I've had lengthy conversations with several of the girls, and recall their complaints about guys stiffing them. (pun intended.)
One girl actually worked it into the conversation at the beginning of the massage. I told her I always tip for a happy ending, and that I tip additional if I had more than one cup of coffee. Man, she perked up immediately and went about enthusiastically serving me more than one cup. It was one of my best sessions there and I tipped accordingly.

As for how to ask, if you ask about "multiples" the girls know what you mean.
Keep in mind not all will do it. Dora won't, but since she is the hottest one there I'm sure she does allright on a numbers basis.

As far as "multiple cups" at Executive are concerned. Choose Kara. If she sees you at "full staff" before even starting, she will suggest it. That has been my exprirence anyway. She also has a nice technique that allows for a happy ending while lying on your stomach. Kind of unique.

You think that's bad - I NEVER tip at ERS. Never had a bad time except with Dora who was talkative and impersonal. Great body and great looking - but boring otherwise. Tipping is NOT expected - just appreciated. If I go to an AMP - it's $40 for 30 minutes and another .4 for the HJ. That's the rate - and that's what I do at ERS as well. Yeah - I'm a fuckin' cheapskate.

I take that back - the one time I did tip (.2) was with a tall blonde - green eyes - who gave me two shots - and that was worth it. Her technique was amazing.

Shadow, I know where you are coming from. Even if I don't post about it, I do have compassion about it. But, I've come to the realization that 1) they actually chose to be in that situation; 2) if circumstances beyond their control put them there (i.e. in that position, no pun intended), they are going to need more than their own resources to get them out. For example, like 90% have kids, mostly through teen pregnancy. Home life probably wasn't that great either. This job gives them the money and flexibility to be at home and be a semi-good provider. I'm not going to name names, but one girl was able to buy a house. Also, they're all independent contractors, so other than health insurance (which I haven't asked about, maybe I'll take a trip this month), they can work the taxes to their benefit (i.e. they deduct everything). Anyway, I'll get off the soapbox for now.

What does Kara look like? Dora is that hot? I thought she was overweight like the majority of them?

At Executive you get a service. A massage and good company with a happy ending. It is only rite to tip. If you get a massage at a day spa you tip. If you go to a restaurant you tip. It is expected. These girls can't tell you you must tip or they risk thier jobs. They can't tell you much of how they really feel or they can be fired.

You truly are cheep if you don't tip.

I have been going to that place for years and see various girls. I am thankful for that place and the service provided. I respect the girls and show it. I don't judge these girls for what they do or how they look. WE are the ones going there paying them for "attention" in everyway. They are there to make a living. We are the ones who should be looking in the mirror if we want to judge anyone.

We pick them. They do not pick us. I am sure "from what a few girls have told me" if they could deny half of us they would.

Ive seen Kara once about a year ago. Shes has baby fat but has nice cans and is a lil bit better than average and is really down to earth. I recommend her. Ive never seen Dora so the time is cumming.

Dora is in my opinion way hotter than the other girls at exec. Her face is beautiful, when you see her sitting with the others you'll notice the difference. She's got short blonde hair, nice complexion, great lips and eyes. She's a little on the "thick" side, but her body is very nice, firm in all the right places, still has a flat stomach. Her boobs are big and store bought, but on her body they fit her nicely.
She is a sweet gal, but you'll get "less" with her than almost any of the others, she has rules and off limits, and just forget about mulitple cups of coffee. She is cooperative and sensuous within her limits. It's just a trade-off.

Good sharing of opinion and info lately guys, that's what we're here for...

Dora is by far one of the best looking at these two places. I would agree with Shadow's description of her. She is very mechanical, and a talker. Which is why I would not repeat with her. She went on this very weird rant, and from what I've read on this board I'm not the first to notice this.

Kara is consistantly good, and is one of the better looking girls just has a little extra junk in the trunk.

I went back to Executive. Saw Judy again. You don't hear much about her but she knows how to finish. She has been there awhile. Not young but cute with a great personality and body. Give her a try.

I used to be a regular of Dora's but like everyone else, got tired of the mechanical nature of her sessions. My favorite session with Dora was probably 5+ years ago before she had her boob job. She was a totally different person, enthusiastic and spontaneous. Wish she would go back to who she was. Can't say I have a favorite now. Maybe Nicole who has always been pleasant, but predictable.

I've only been to CLV and Exec in the daytime. From what I understand from asking the ladies, Exec has the same crew on all day, but CLV has a night time crew. Has anybody been to either at night? Any talent worth making a special evening trip?

Also, I do have an interesting sidenote for Senior members and regular bevidere posters.
