Full name / age / race.
But the easier route is if you are networked with some korg and use them as references (the more the better), as well as your review I'd from the other board may also help expedite the process a lot smoother. Once you have a solid reference at one spot (kgfe wise); you're pretty much set in stone for the rest cas they all interact with each other.
They will also accept screenshot of your P411 profile page showing okays.
