What many seniors are trying to avoid is that many of newbies don't know the boundaries. I remember we ran into the same issue with Alex' UTR (Sweety) while back where some folks used her situation as a leverage to get even cheater rate, rude comments, etc. Even with seniors only, this UTR will have handful of challenges.
