Cash only in a business is illegal
This one and the other one on Needmore kinda piss me off. I appreciate a decent massage for a decent price but these girls know where they advertise and they know what they implying.
No way of tracking and taxing income so no income reported on earned income is tax evasion I would think Any lawyers or CPAs feel free to chime in LOL.
FYI the law states that an accounting must be made
No, cash only is not illegal. The bills say right on them "Legal tender for all debts public and private. " Nothing forces anyone to accept check or plastic.
Now, does it make it easier to fudge on taxes? Yes. That fact alone does not make it illegal.
By businesses with proof of income Unless you are inherently arrested in mental development you know the IRS is not going to take a citizens word on income nor will the state. Do the ladies give out receipts for payment of services?" Also unless the ladies have diplomas of proof of qualification for giving massage they are violating another law. Ohio requires 750 hours of instruction and passing of a state exam administered by the State Medical Board. Google is a marvelous thing MF / My friend try using it before stating the obvious. Don't care what your bills say. The IRS wants receipts Don't believe it, try submitting your taxes without proof. Won't work.
This should probably be in stupid shit section

As hifly stated. There are ways to fudge in order to make things illegal when it comes to reporting, but any business can have a cash only policy. It's absolutely thier right.
