So I usually take it when I know I'm gunna go out about 2 hrs before No food which slows doesn't the absorption. I've went to men's health clinic.

Works good for me and I drink lots of water after taking it to avoid the headache.

I couldn't get pass the taste. Ordered generic C from honey bee which I think is fake; didn't taste like c at all. I use CVS but after reading I think I might have my doc send to kroger or walmart for the real stuff. However, I got some Black Ant in the "black can" from BP on Chamb Ave. The health food stire use to sell it, but said it had V in it so they discont it. But to say, thus stuff works like a champ! $20 bucks for 10 pills.
