Best Areas to Find SW with little LE presence
Looking for areas to find nice SW's in LA / Valley / OC that has little LE presence I know that's a tought one but ill take the best areas regardless too.

I know some of you have more experience mongoring It was my hope to get some tips, PMs of some quality SWs.
I have no desire being busted just trying to have good time in a new way without spending lots of moolah. Don't want to get busted.
Just take the hobby to a new level Is this not why we are all here? So if you all don't want to give some info guess I will strike out on my own but joined this sight to learn I am, def not LE Just a 65 year old horn dog looking for a new.

State of Affairs on the local tracks
So I ended up leaving a friend's house late this evening (midnight), and even though we got a hefty amount of rain (for So Cal), I thought I'd go see what I can get out there tonight. I'm kinda a newbie to street action (mostly used Backpage before, but I like how you can see what you're going to get on the street. Or just "window shop" as I like to do).
I hit up the ever-popular Figueroa tracks. I've had my best play there overall; got a super-affordable, great CBJ car date for $20 (got digits but she stopped picking up), and got to fuck one of the most gorgeous women I've ever seen in my life (BSW with caramel skin, great tits, unbelievable ass, gorgeous eyes. Was $100 but when I saw her I just had to). Truth be told, I was hoping to see that one BSW again. I've seen her on the tracks twice, but the first time someone scooped her up before I could. Anyways, back to tonight. I drove the majority of the track, from Imperial until Vernon. I saw a LEO or two, and some scattered goodies, but nothing that really caught my eye. I was really hoping for that BSW, and was hating myself for forgetting the name and not getting a #. I saw one sexy BSW with a nice juicy bubble booty just past Manchester, but she was by herself and I didn't feel like testing my luck so I just relished the view as I passed by. Once on Vernon, I figured I'd check the Western track and see what's up there. Western had like 2 BSW from Vernon back to Florence, so I hit Figueroa again hoping to strike gold.
On the way back north on Figueroa, I saw a LEO parked having stopped someone at 69th St. "Great" I thought to myself, "There goes Figueroa"; since I usually see the most action around that area. Nope, literally two streets later I see one car burst an erratic you-turn. "He must have seen something good to want to do that with the cops two blocks down" I thought, so I passed that street and turned left on the next one; going to Denver Ave to double back.
Man, it was on! On that one street, just off of Figueroa, there were about 10-12 SW; in ALL flavors. I saw BSW, LSW, and WSW's; all with bangin' bodies, and all showing some skin despite the cool post-rain weather. I was literally drooling, and would've just gone nuts picking up different flavors if there wasn't a line of like 8 cars all trying to get some action. It was literally like a feeding frenzy, and with the cops only two blocks down (and who knows if more were en route) I just drove by really slowly, enjoying the lovely sights.
Having the best find of the night so far marred by nearby cops and too many mongers vying for their pickings, I figured I'd drive to East LA. I've been looking for a place to scope out sexy Seoritas, and hoped to find some Latina heat. I've been there before twice, and have only seen one lonely LSW, but now it was almost 1:30; surely Whittier Blvd would be teaming with Latin booty for me to plunder. I hopped on the 10 to the 60 and exited Atlantic. Heading down to Whittier Blvd, I passed not 1, not 2, but 3 LEO cars driving north on Atlantic. I hoped that they didn't just break up whatever action was going on, but whatever happened, Whittier Blvd was dead; totally. Disappointed, I turned back around after Garfield, and headed towards the 710 to head on down and check out the LBB track. I had been there late Saturday afternoon, and saw a few goodies. I had tried then to get at one tall, thick, raven-haired Latina with thick thighs and a meaty ass. I rolled the window down and she walked over to my car, but I guess I wasn't the right shade for her. She walked off without saying a word. Man, I wish I could've hit that. She was a tall drink of water. Do try to get at that one for me, mongers. If you're white, yellow, or brown, I think she'll be down. I'd love to see if that ass looks good outside of the dresses she wears; and spank that ass red in doggy style for me (I'll live vicariously through you guys).
But alas, LBB was really light tonight. I saw about 3-4 SW, all BSW. None of them tickled my fancy though; some looked drugged out and another was. Let's just say I'm not into BBW's.
Like I said before, I'm a newbie to the SW scene but so far it's not too shabby. I like how WYSIWYG, and how if I want I can just enjoy the sights. I don't like how it can be a waste of time / gas on totally empty days. The scene seems to be fading, but I've noticed a few trends as of late.
Figueroa seems to be the best overall, although it seems to have higher LEO action as of late. I think it does well because the track is so long; sometimes you see more closer to Imperial, sometimes they'll be by Manchester, sometimes (actually most times) they're between Florence and Slauson, and sometimes they'll be North of Slauson until Vernon or MLK. Figueroa has the least diversity, but on a good night you'll get more diversity. It also seems to be not too shabby in the early afternoon, but there's almost always decent action after midnight; unless LEO presence is high.
Western IMO is garbage. I've only seen like 3 SW that could make me pitch a tent, but they were skiddish (or I was the wrong shade for them. Odd though, they were BSW's). Western will only get action late from what I've seen. Only like once or twice has the action been "good".
I had high hopes for East LA (Whittier Blvd), as I definitely want to find a place to consistently find Latinas. I've been let down every single time though, and I'm not sure if I'll continue to scope it out if it disappoints me much more.
LBB was incredible earlier in the summer, but now it's pretty inconsistent. Believe it or not, I see more action on Saturday afternoons that at any other time. It seemed to have more diversity before it dried up. Every girl now goes further South. They're no longer by the Vance; they seem to scatter out from the Compton Fashion Center down to just past Alondra. It's totally hit or miss, but the afternoon action seems to be consistent. I've seen that raven-haired Latina multiple times then, especially on Saturdays. They're much more cautious on LBB as well; I've gotten turned down or ignored far more often there than Figueroa.
Either case, good luck to you guys. Tonight was such a tease for me; I'm not disappointed at the sights, but more so that I'm going to have to bust one in a sock rather than in some pussy. Happy hunting, be smart, and be safe!
