I know I've seen reports about this place before but I can't seem to find them. Is Mellie worth the L1 or overpriced? Is topless included?

I can confirm that Rose Garden was shut down / raided. Fortunately, I picked the day *before* it was raided and not the day of for my first visit. They may have had spidey senses.
