Some unmarked doors, and the Aromatherapy door. Knocked. In a moment it was opened by a middle aged guy with a woman standing somwhat behind him. Also middle aged. Both appeared ethnically Chinese; I did not actually hear either of them say much, so I can't say how American or not they were. Providers can post comments on their own ad, as well as on others, and they can easily create aliases to promote themselves and say negative sh*t about others. And if they rack up their own negative reviews or comments they can either report them to have them removed or else post an ad under a new number and leave the old info behind to get buried in the archive.

You'll also notice lots of posts or pseudo-ads accusing certain providers of having STDs or being trafficked. I obviously don't have definitive proof but it wouldn't surprise me if the negativity is being spread by certain providers (or their pimps) in order to drive down the competition. There is some sort of moderation that takes place but, IMHO, it's unintelligent and simply reactive to people hitting the "report" button. It really sucks as an ad and review site but, after FOSTA-SESTA, there's slim pickings out there.

As always, looking at everything with a healthy skepticism and doing good homework is the best protection.
