Supply and demand. More hobbiests than EMP providers, means the providers have a pretty good say in what they can market their services for. She values herself at X, she does not have to do anything but provide a massage, if you don't pay X and she doesn't except your offer, you get no extra service. Simple. You don't have to pay and she doesn't have to take less, you can both go your seperate ways after the massage.

EMP providers take all the risk, they set their own 'rewards' lucky for us there has not been a significant price increase in oh say 20 years or so. If its still too much for you, find another hobby, porn is freely available on the internet and you have 2 hands, pick one.

It seems what you're looking for is rather specific and you can get it at either place. At least you'll get more relaxed attitude as a returning customer. I don't know who is at bs now but some of the better girls have actually moved to vs as of last week.
