PY may be good as the gilt that's caused so much bad press lately is apparently gone. But both of these places you're going to be able to get whatever they offer the first visit. NT will not do more than standard massage / TS if they don't know you most likely. They treat return visitors very well, but if it's a one time thing, I wouldn't go there.

I decided to TOFTT a while back and check it out. The place was sweltering. After asked for some rather personal information to keep in their book (name and phone number), they took me to the massage room.
