So these Goldreallas XXX continue to serve (really) well, but a 500 mg dose seems to be a bit much. Even though it's unclear exactly how much of the active-but-undisclosed ingredient they contain.

Any help will be appreciated. I've never tried these things but I'm hearing so much about them that I am going to give them a try, IF I can ever find where they are sold.

I'd rather just find something ready to go at a lower dosage, even if I'm paying more per mg or whatever. I'm finding that most of my extracurricular opportunities where I'd consider juicing up JW Jr are shorter windows than the 2-to-4-ish hours of "Mjolnir, Cock of Thor!" that 500 mg delivers.
