Relax, RTFF to see how other mongers excel, then copy their methods. If you get nervous, you can do what I used to do when I was younger: Rehearse. If already at a parlor, sit in your vehicle, think carefully about what you're going to do, talk to yourself (if necessary), take a deep breath, then do it.

The more you plan and practice anything, the better you'll get. I'm pretty good at what I do now in all aspects of life, but it didn't start out that way.

You are young so you have time. Most important thing. Spend some money on a trainer. Some diet control and exercise can actually fix two of the issues. The only thing you need help with is confidence and you are ahead of the game when you are mongering. This is basically a cheat. You throw money and you get attention. Exclusive attention.
