I can confirm this. I went by there today, and the sign is gone, the store is dark, and there is a for lease sign in the window.

In the years since, I met Summer, Bonnie, Kelly, Tiffany, Joy, Stella, Jenny, and Momo there. I will miss this place.

The line-up at Lanes rotates so it's hard to compare it to the rather static line-up at Relax. In terms of attractiveness, I prefer Lanes' women, but the L3 service at Relax is extraordinary. I don't want to get into the whole "Korean vs. Chinese" debate and it's likely a moot point to the untrained eye. Lanes (Korean) v. Relax (Chinese). I prefer the location of Lanes due to more privacy when parking. The cleanliness of Lanes is always welcomed too. Plus legendary Momo is usually always there when needed.
This is just one Mongers opinion and there are a plethora of us here, so hopefully they can chime in and offer their insightful thoughts as well.

While I would agree my MT was probably average. Didn't need the app to tell her 1 hr. I always just hand 80 knowing places are 65-80 for an hour. Or yes can look around the lobby for info.
