I can see the perspective of the provider but what I have been asked for seems a bit much. Normally it has been some combination of work info, picture of the drivers license, and reference from other provider. For me the work info is a non-starter. I have offered the photo with the drivers license number info edited out (Name and address are already public info), but the few I spoke with did not accept that.
