6) If there are two appointments at the same time, you will be called in order. I do not want to walk past you standing awkwardly between plants because you rushed up first even though I was actually first.
Korgs need to start padding appointments by 10 minutes. The safest and best korgs do this, there is no other way without cheating people on time. With 10 minute padding a 10am 60 min appointment means the next appointment is 11:10am at minimum. Otherwise, chaos ensues, guys hifive each other on the change. Girls can be late, but guys can't be late. So when the booker makes another mistake, that's the last straw and we read about it on the HX safety board.
