While perusing new reviews on the oThER site, I came across 2 examples which clearly demonstrate why the hobby is such a struggle in the DMV when it comes to the price to quality ratio.

But the fact that, after shelling out 6 bills for an overpriced HE, he recommends and would repeat with this provider tells you something about his mindset. Namely that for this guy the price to quality ratio is not very important because he's apparently got cash burning a hole in his pocket.
