As far as the hour, I've heard and experienced different things so it really is a YMMV situation. A lot depends on how busy they are and how you are getting along with the girl. When I go to an AMP, I expect hj, bj, and fs to finish. Sometimes no can cum doing fs so tell lady to finish with hj. So tip is always 150. Few times only wanted bj and hj to finish and told her. Tip was more than 100 but less than 150 depending on service and attitude. Age is not an issue with me when determining tip.
