There are three tiers to providers in Louisville

Tier 1: Minimum $300 an hour; professional, dependable, great communication, accurate / recent pics, even if after you meet she's not your particular flavor, you're going to have a nice time with her. Either has her own dedicated incall, is at a decent hotel, or maybe a touring provider at an Airbnb. You can trust this tier for outcalls pretty much without question. This tier mostly doesn't post on listcrawler / EB, STG, or RR, they're on Tryst, Eros, Slixa, or word of mouth / UTR. Drug use (other than sticky icky or vapes) is very rare in this tier.
Tier 2: Minimum $200 an hour; to use a poker term, these are the grinders of the Louisville provider world, or AAA team if you like baseball. A mixture of MILFs trying to make a living, dancers trying to expand their clientele, and massage therapists who have discovered that full service means more money. Communication will either be great or terrible, with absolutely no in between, the same with follow through / scheduling. Pics will be accurate around 50% of the time. A small percentage have their own incall, but these providers are mostly working out of nicer hotels and motels around the airport, Preston, Hurstbourne, or Blankenbaker, occasionally downtown. This tier is mostly trustworthy for outcalls. You will encounter some high functioning drug addicts in this tier.
Tier 3: Minimum $130 an hour (I've seen lower); the Gollums of the Louisville provider world. They are trying to earn enough money to pay for their room that day, for whatever their particular "candy" (their Precious) might be, maybe food if they remember. This is the tier where you're most likely to run into someone being "managed". Pics will almost never be accurate. If they have an incall, it's some terrible apartment that looks and smells like a hoarder's nightmare, more likely providers in this tier are operating out of a cheap motel on Preston or by the airport, occasionally out east at one of the shithole motels on Bardstown Road, maybe Hurstbourne or Blankenbaker. Invite a provider from this tier over for an outcall only if you have a burglary fetish. If you actually have a good time with one of these providers, it was likely a total accident, you caught them between nods. You would honestly do better to just set your money on fire, then jerk off to put it out, at least then you know you'd be spending time with someone who cares about your pleasure.
